1.2 The buyer
Anyone who uses the Aromax Webshop service, which means he/she orders or buys goods or services through the Aromax Webshop internet website.
1.3 The supplier
The ordered goods are delivered by GLS Hungary Kft. to the shipping address.
2. General conditions
2.1. Aromax Inc. has published this General User Agreement, to regulate the conditions of the services provided by and the conditions of use of these services provided by the Aromax Webshop, the rights and duties of the provider and buyer, and other important conditions relating to the services of the Aromax Webshop.
This General User Agreement contains the general conditions of the established legal relationship between Aromax Inc. and the contracting Buyer. The questions not regulated in this agreement are subject to the regulating Hungarian laws and official regulations towards Webshop Services activities, also, the regulations inherited in the Civil Code are normative without any special clauses.
2.2 Acceptance of these contractual conditions by the Buyer is a basic prerequisite for the use of the Aromax Webshop. The conditions are considered accepted if the Buyer is ordering services, meaning he/she orders, purchases goods or services.
2.3 Aromax Inc. reserves the right, to modify the whole or part of this agreement. The modification of the General User Agreement takes effect as soon as the modification is published, and stays in effect as long as the Provider is providing the Webshop-services.
2.4. The Aromax Webshop accepts orders on the English menu page exclusively to addresses in the countries within the European Union. In case of orders to outside of the EU, please contact our company personally at the webshop@aromax.hu e-mail address.
3. Receipt of orders, customer service
3.1. The Agreement takes effect with an order placed through the internet website of the Provider, or with the acceptance of the present agreement. Orders are placed to the Aromax Webshop exclusively through electronic channels, at the aromax.hu web address. The webshop does not accept orders placed via phone, fax, email or postal mail.
3.2. The processing of placed orders and shipping of ordered items happens during regular business hours, there is no customer service on the weekends.

3.3. At Aromax Webshop, registration is required prior to purchasing, during which shipping and billing data have to be provided. The fulfillment of orders is subject to the conditions published here. The order is valid as soon as the Buyer confirms the finalized order. Aromax Inc. reserves the right, upon the receipt of an order, to delete its data and consider the order placed using that data as invalid, if the validity of the data provided by the Buyer is questionable or unintelligible.
3.4. The prices shown in the webshop are valid consumer prices. In case wrong prices are shown due to technical error, we will contact you for confirmation via email before shipping out the order. Such orders are not considered valid.
4. Modification and deletion of orders
Once the final order is confirmed, the order cannot be deleted electronically. The Buyer may request the deletion of an order, by writing to the
email address during business hours. The cancellation of an order is only possible prior to shipping, or to the handing over to the shipping company.
5.1. Upfront bank transfer
You can pay the value of the order prior to the fulfillment of the order with a bank transfer. Upon request, we can send you a proforma invoice via email for your transfer. Please be sure to enter the order ID in the remarks section of the transfer form. The transfer should be sent to account number: CIB 10700024-04716707-50000005.
5.2. Credit card payment (soon available)
Paying via credit card makes shopping in our webshop comfortable and secure. You choose the products/services that you wish to pay for using a credit card from our webshop. After this, you will be redirected to a page of the CIB Bank Zrt., which guarantees secure payment, where you have to fill out your credit card information to initiate the payment. After the payment is completed, you will be directed back to our webshop’s page and receive a confirmation of your transaction.
The internet payment system of CIB Bank Zrt. allows for the possibility of using MasterCard, VISA and VISA Electron (if the home bank permits) cards belonging to the VISA product family, as well as the use of internet banking web cards.
6. Delivery
The home delivery is ensured by GLS Hungary Kft.. The delivery deadlines are different in each country, you can find out more about the estimated time of arrival by clicking here.

8.1.Always make sure the package is undamaged with the delivery personnel present. If you see any damage, have the incident recorded, and do not accept the package. We are not able to accept complaints regarding physical damage to the packages without an official record.
8.2. The buyer can receive all of the items in an order at once, or he/she can refuse to accept the entire order (no option to receive parts of an order). In case the buyer refuses an order, Aromax Inc. reserves the right to cancel the registration of the member, as well as cancel any orders of the member placed in the meantime, based on individual consideration.
8.3. The supplier attempts delivery of orders twice. After that, ordered items are shipped back to Aromax Inc. Aromax Inc. will consider these orders as invalid and cancel them.
9. Customer rewards system
9.1. Collection of customer credit points
Registered members of the Aromax Webshop are provided with a customer rewards system, by which the members are entitled to collect points based on their purchases, or different activities on the website (e.g. subscribing to newsletter, filling out questionnaire). The points received for purchasing goods can be seen on the detailed datasheet of each product. The points received for the purchase will be credited after successful delivery of the order. Registered members can view their current balance of customer credit points after logging in by clicking on the „Creditpoints” tab.
The points are linked to the given name-email pair registered at login, so if you are using several accounts at the webshop, you cannot fully enjoy the benefits of point collection, therefore we ask you to use only one name-password pair when placing orders.
9.2. Use of customer credit points
You can use the active point’s balance of your virtual credit point account towards your next purchase. The current value in the point system is: 1 point=1 ¢ (0.01 €) discount, which means every point used will make the amount you pay one Cent less.
During the ordering process we offer the option for you to enter the amount of points you wish to use, after this, the discounted amount in € is displayed. The Buyers can unlimitedly make use of their points on any order they place, even the entire order value can be paid with points.
10. Right to refrain
The right to refrain is regulated by the 17/1999. (II. 5.) gov. bill regarding the contractual conditions in case of contractors who are not present.
Every consumer (natural person) has the right to refrain within 8 working days from accepting goods, which can be exercised under the following conditions:
- The right to refrain applies to every product that arrives back to the Aromax Webshop packaged and untouched. The right to refrain does not apply to products that arrive back in a state in which their resale as new goods is not possible.
- You have to announce your demand to use the right to refrain via email or in person.
- The refund amount based on the value of the product will be transferred within 8 working days to the bank account provided by the customer.
- The refund does not apply to shipping costs and return shipping costs, the buyer has to cover those costs. In the case that the product is undamaged and the delivery had been free of charge, the buyer has to fund the delivery costs based on the weight of the product, which as a discount had not been charged by the Aromax Webshop from the buyer.
- In case the product proves to be damaged when unpacking it in front of the deliverer, and the damage had been caused before receipt of the product, we provide a free of charge exchange on the product for 8 days. In this case, the damage has to be proven by a record taken in the presence of the deliverer.
- The right to refrain does not apply to goods damaged after delivery.
- If you cancel the order prior to delivery of the product, or within 8 days of it, and you have paid over the internet using a bankcard, we will refund the value minus the banking transaction costs to your account.
11.1. Personal data are stored by Aromax Webshop in order to fulfill the contract and to prove the conditions of the agreement in the future. The data are never forwarded to a third party, unless, at time of contract fulfillment the third party is a subcontractor to the Aromax Webshop. In this case, the subcontractors may under no circumstances in any way keep, use, or forward to third parties the data provided by Aromax Inc. When handling your data, we are proceeding in accordance with the regulations of the Data Protection Law.

11.2. Modification of personal data
Once the Buyer has registered personal data, the Buyer can, after logging in, modify personal data on the „Data modification” tab at any time, or request their removal at any time via email or postal mail. Please note, that with the deletion of the registration the credit points collected earlier are lost, and you will have to register again to make place new orders.
11.3. Cookies
To be able to shop at Aromax Webshop you have to allow the use of cookies on your web browser. Allowing cookies ensures the continuity of your visit (with session identification).
12.1. During registration at the Aromax Webshop every user gets the option to subscribe to the free Aromax Inc. email notification/newsletter, in which you can find current discounts and news. You can also subscribe to our newsletter on the main page by providing your name and email address. Aromax Webshop never sends the newsletter unrequested to its users.
12.2. The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled at any time by visiting the www.aromax.hu webpage and using the "Newsletter" menu point and clicking the „Unsubscribe” button
