Add 3-8 drops of a mixture composed of 1 drop of peppermint, 1 drop of eucalyptus, 1 drop of chamomile, 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon oils to 1 liter of hot water. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
